The building’s exterior is a combination of curtain wall glass, terracotta rainscreen and storefront glass on ground level. The curtainwall cantilevers beyond the north and south faces of the building further strengthen the unification of the programmatic components of the complimentary office and hotel uses. A state of the art variable air volume system provides flexible heating and cooling in zones of approximately 900 square feet.
Floor plates for the office range in size from 17,106 for floors 10 - 16 to 10,296 RSF on the 18th floor and 9,128 SF on the Penthouse 19th and are efficiently designed to accommodate full floor tenants or be demised for a multi-tenant floor.
The Raddison Red hotel operates a restaurant and bar facilities on the ground floor, and also provides a 2nd floor socializing area and outdoor patio space (which look out over Broadway and to the South Park Blocks).
